About the Position:
Joining the 'AI Works' team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML solutions for various core business processes and systems at Max Life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding business processes and integrating data from multiple sources for AI/ML solutions
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams to develop, test, and deploy AI solutions
- Conducting data analysis to extract actionable insights and sharing data-driven stories with business teams
- Working on both structured and unstructured data using diverse AI techniques, primarily in Python
- Enabling cloud solution deployment and integration across Max Life's business systems
- Standardizing AI/ML solution pipelines with MLOps
- Guiding AI team members and solving technical challenges
- Supporting project management of AI/ML projects for timely and high-quality delivery
- Creating frameworks and tools to monitor solution performance and suggest enhancements
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, or economics
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in analytical roles
Key Competencies/Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML/DL/NLP solutions, especially in Python
- Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP technologies
- Familiarity with open-source tools like Python, R, Spark, ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, AutoML, PyTorch)
- Experience with AWS for cloud deployment
- Strong project management and agile delivery skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business and tech teams
- Ability to work effectively in a small team, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
- Eagerness to learn and innovate
