Responsibilities:
- Engage the leads in high quality discussions to evoke a strong interest for further interactions with senior managers looking after Network Expansion
- Schedule meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our products/services, and effectively communicate the value proposition. Have sound knowledge of our business model
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market scenario, and competitor activities to use this info for discussions with prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets such as need to fix minimum 100 meetings in a month with concerned senior managers in Network Expansion team, leading to conversion of minimum 5 into business partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Good verbal communication (both English & Hindi) skills, incl good listening skills
- Time management skills / timeline adherence discipline
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent follow up skills with negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and drive
- Ability to work independently while being team player in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
