Role Brief

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in art direction, visual storytelling, and graphic design, specifically within the F&B, Alco-Bev, or premium brands sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and have a proven track record of guiding teams to create high-quality visual assets that align with our brand's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conceptualize visually engaging creative concepts that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into compelling visual content for various platforms.
  • Coordinate with the operational team, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout project lifecycles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and relevant design solutions.
  • Manage production timelines and deliverables, consistently meeting quality standards and deadlines.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to produce captivating graphics, illustrations, and multimedia assets.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity and consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to present their best ideas.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in communication and UI/UX design, preferably within the premium brand industry.
  • Proven experience in leading successful creative projects and managing a team of designers.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work, particularly in F&B industry-related projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of design principles, storytelling, and brand identity.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for F&B, Alco-Bev, creativity, and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
