Job Description

Mandatory Design Kick-off at the beginnning of the program (align with Scope, org chart, timing, Milestones etc)
o For his perimeter, define technical solutions and CAD data (2D & 3D) using proper Faurecia standard templates and CAD methodology
o Program delivery planning and execution
o Concept design, Master sections
o Serial design specification
o Functional drawings
o RPS
o Tolerance stack book
o GD&T (including KC for internal and customer needs)
o To be able to give trainings to Design Engineers.
o Conduct weekly design reviews with team and management
o Mandatory Top 5 with team to define work and feedback from previous day
o Quote CMI and get it validated from SPDE
o Maintain team level SLI and discuss with SPDE for open points
o Faurecia Product Standards and Guidelines.
o Customer constraints and specifications.
o Applicable regulations and legislation.
o Validate RFT for team members
o Assign detailed work to Project Design team through appropriated method Resource loading as per Kanban
o Ensure Project Design team are aware of Faurecia Product Standards and Guidelines, and customer constraints and specifications.
o Ensure process feasibility of the product design and A-Surfaces (with GTS team if needed).

o Ensure overall product "Design for Performance" (including implementation into CAD of inputs with regard to results of simulation, tests and validation to meet performance criteria) with development engineering team, if needed.

o Support the KPC identification,. Support DFMEA.

o At the end of a program, make appropriate capitalization documents (Lessons learned, Technical Reports) to feed/improve Design and Development standards and guidelines.

o Identify training needs for the team members based on their skill matrixTo uphold & abide by code of ethics & Management.

o Awarness of QMs policy & Processes

o Ensuring all work process & procedures are in line with QMS objectives & reporting any incident of deviation from QMS.

o To uphold & abide by code of ethics & Management
