Job designation For Tele Caller

Eligibility Criteria:
-
Checking inquiries of Customers and Follow up them.

Calling up to the leads generated both offline and Online Medium

Managing the CRM dashboard and one point of contact between customers and Organization

Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.

Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.

Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.

Route calls to appropriate resources.

Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.

What we Expect from you?
University/college degree is any Stream.

Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred.

Good Communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English.

Good Listening Skills

Customer/Client focus and Service.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.

Salary:
₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
