About the Company:
We are a wealth tech platform focused on startup equity investments as a core asset class. Our goal is to assist startup operators in finding liquidity for their hard-earned ESOPs. In our journey to establish the secondary market in India, we are introducing some of the most exciting private equity assets and financial tools to support startup founders and operators in reimagining wealth creation.

About the Role:
We are searching for motivated individuals who are eager to immerse themselves in the world of an early-stage fintech company and set high standards for the future. Open positions are available in various areas including business, investments, venture ops, legal, fund controller, and growth. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to explore the realms of startups or the PE/VC sector. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of startup investments and transaction processes and excel in high-pressure environments. Previous experience in Financial Services, investment technology platforms, or PE/VC is a significant advantage, as you will collaborate closely with a founding team dedicated to developing solutions for the next generation of wealth.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to identify opportunities and add value.
- Play a key role in deal structuring, investment opportunities, operations, investor relations, strategic initiatives, and project management as part of the core business team.

Qualifications:
- Freshers to individuals with up to 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Candidates from diverse backgrounds such as Christ College graduates, prestigious college MBAs, CAs, CSs, Lawyers, Big 4 or top legal firm aspirants, CFAs from investment firms, or generalists from funded startups are welcome.
