Job brief
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Executive to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users.


Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase followers through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.


As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers.


Responsibilities:

Social media platforms

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, captivate messaging, and relevant audience identification and generate referral traffic for website
  • Templatize and manage daytoday execution
  • Social listening and reputation management

Consistency

  • Social content like posts, videos, comments, multimedia, etc. should have a consistent tone and style that resonates with the brand voice/identity.
  • Posting at a regular schedule so the audiences know when to anticipate new information from us

Content writing

  • Research, brainstorm, and generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (original text, images, video or in other multimedia formats) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
  • Optimize company pages on each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content

Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the company's social media performance on various platforms
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

Stakeholder management

  • Confidently collaborate with other departments within CRISIL to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Events & Webinars

  • Generating promotional ideas and content to promote the events/webinars
  • Posting important information while on ground, ensuring only public information is shared

Cross functional coordination

  • Coordinate within the Marketing team and with other business stakeholders for smooth execution, updates, and reports

Keeping up to date with

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Must be an advocate and an early adopter of the AI tools to optimize efficiency in execution

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Extensive knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. including the immerging platforms
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Business, News Media, or Public Relations. MBA preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate and interpret reports
  • Basic knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and increase organic reach
Experience: 1-3 years
