Job purpose

The purpose of this job would be to provide the students the relevant training in the field of

Kitchen Operations and Culinary Arts.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Delivering lectures to the students in the classrooms.
  • Conducting practical for the students.
  • Completing the designed curriculum in time.
  • Proper and regular assessment of the growth of the students.
  • Preparing progress reports and assessment records.
  • Reporting the progress in curriculum regularly to the reporting person.
  • Conduct doubt clearing sessions with students.
  • Organizing workshops inside and outside the campus.
  • Managing and administering operations under the Hospitality department.
  • Taking part in strategizing the marketing and financials of the department.
  • Organizing the functions of the hospitality department in an orderly manner.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in Hotel Management.
  • Relevant skills in the field of Culinary Arts will be preferred.
  • Any related certifications and additional qualification in the field of Cuisine and Kitchen
Operations would be preferred.

Salary:
Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
