The Junior Graphics Designer will be tasked with conceiving and producing visually compelling assets that effectively convey our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Functional Experience:

  • Display a strong grasp of marketing principles and practices, including brand positioning and identifying target audiences.
  • Conceptualize creative ideas and visual materials consistent with marketing strategies to ensure brand coherence across all channels.

Branding & Graphics Experience:

  • Proficient in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite (experience with Procreate is a bonus).
  • Showcase a portfolio showcasing expertise in crafting visually appealing designs.
  • Effectively utilize typography, color theory, and composition to create cohesive branding assets.

Visual & Motion Experience:

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of motion graphics principles.
  • Create visually captivating animations and motion graphics.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender for designing and animating graphics.

Portfolio of Projects:

  • Present a varied portfolio encompassing animations, UI/UX designs, branding projects, and marketing materials.
  • Showcase creativity, innovation, and attention to detail in design execution.
  • Provide examples illustrating problem-solving abilities and delivering top-notch visual and motion graphics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Marketing Functional Experience: 3-5 years of Marketing Branding-Graphics-Visual Experience, showcasing a sound understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Branding & Graphics Experience: Proficiency in designing with Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite (knowledge of Procreate is beneficial), supported by a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating visually appealing designs with advanced typography, color theory, and composition principles.

  • Understanding of User Experience (UX) and Interaction Design: Familiarity with UX principles and interaction design to craft engaging and intuitive user interfaces, animations, and interactive experiences on various digital platforms.
