Our talented fintech professionals are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and fraud protection to support travel entrepreneurs worldwide.We are in search of an experienced Product Manager to oversee our global Fraud and Risk management platform, operating in over 100 countries and serving millions of travelers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technology-enabled products or services on a global scale, particularly in the eCommerce and fintech sectors. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing a customer-centric strategy, setting priorities, and effectively collaborating with various stakeholders.What you'll do:
  • Simplify and establish frameworks to influence a diverse audience
  • Define product requirements and ensure seamless communication and coordination across business, marketing, design, and development teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and managers to generate innovative ideas for research and feedback mechanisms to better comprehend customer pain points
  • Manage product areas, drive product features and roadmaps, and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Tailor communications for different audiences as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with tech teams to drive product development from conception to launch
  • Align internal and external partners on the product vision
  • Establish success metrics and performance indicators
  • Analyze current products and business models for areas of enhancement and innovation
  • Report and enhance business performance metrics continually
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical challenges that may hinder the team's ability to achieve goals
Who you are:
  • Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in product/program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Possess expertise in the AI or ML domain
  • Experience in developing and evolving customer and developer experiences from conception to launch
  • Familiarity with feature delivery, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with tech teams
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
  • Proficient in end-to-end product delivery, roadmap strategy, and technology-related discussions
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Preferred: Hold a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Background in Fraud & Risk management within ecommerce, preferably on a global scale
  • Familiarity with SDKs, two-sided platforms, development tools, and managing developer communities
  • Independent worker in a fast-paced and challenging setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with a methodical approach to execution
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to utilize data to support decisions and business cases
