Overview The ServiceNowRemedy Developer plays a crucial role in designing developing andimplementing solutions within the ServiceNow and BMC Remedyplatforms.

Their work is integral to the overall success of the ITService Management (ITSM) function ensuring that the platforms aretailored to meet the organizations specific needs andobjectives.

KeyResponsibilities

Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutionswithin the ServiceNow and BMC RemedyplatformsDevelop customize and configureServiceNow and BMC Remedy applications and modules to enhancefunctionalitiesIntegrate the ServiceNow andBMC Remedy platforms with other IT systems and thirdpartyapplicationsCreate and maintain technicaldocumentation and user guides for implementedsolutionsParticipate in testing and qualityassurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance ofdeveloped solutionsProvide ongoing support andtroubleshooting for ServiceNow and BMC Remedy applications andassociated integrationsCollaborate withcrossfunctional teams to address and resolve technical issues andoptimize platform performanceDesign anddevelop reports and dashboards to support business intelligence anddecisionmakingStay updated with the latestreleases and features of ServiceNow and BMC RemedyplatformsContribute to continuous improvementinitiatives and best practices in ITSM and platformdevelopmentRequiredQualifications

Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfieldServiceNow Certified ApplicationDeveloper (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS)2 years of experience in ServiceNow andBMC Remedy platform development andcustomizationProficiency in JavaScriptAngularJS or other scriptinglanguagesExperience in integrating ServiceNowand BMC Remedy with other IT systems andapplicationsStrong knowledge of ITSM processesand frameworksExcellent problemsolving andanalytical skillsAbility to work effectivelyin a dynamic fastpaced environmentExcellentcommunication and collaborationabilitiesStrong attention to detail andcommitment to delivering highqualitysolutionsscripting,businessintelligence,bmc remedy,attention todetail,collaboration,cross-functional collaboration,technicaldocumentation,javascript,itsm processes,reporting,testing,userguides,application configuration,technical solutions design,itservicemanagement,troubleshooting,angularjs,communication,dashboards,servicenow,analyticalskills,systems integration,application development,qualityassurance,problem-solving,applicationcustomization,integration,requirementsgathering
