Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer and Creative Manager based in Noida. The responsibilities include visual design, design thinking, CAD creation, toy design, and market analysis. The chosen candidate will oversee the design process, collaborate with various teams, and uphold the delivery of premium products.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of aesthetics
  • Familiarity with mood boards, design briefs, and CADs
  • Selecting color schemes for themes
  • Choosing products for sampling by drawing inspiration from diverse sources
  • Determining optimal fabrics for products
  • Assisting with brand presentations
  • Providing detailed product files with dimensions
  • Coordinating with the sampling team, delegating tasks, and outlining clear requirements
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
