Title : Senior HRSD ServiceNow Developer

Experience Level : - 7 Years

Job location : Remote / Work From Anywhere in India is of opening : Joiner (OR) Who can join us within 15 to 20 days is preferred.


Need to have excellent and broad knowledge of ServiceNow, in particular the HRSD module, HR Enterprise Lifecycle Management, and ESC Service Portal.

Job Description :

  • Demonstrated experience in Client facing and technical consulting roles.
  • Experience in scrum development activities for complex requirements & project activities
  • Experience in contribution to driving global technology standard proposals and filing exceptions as required.
  • Proven experience in understanding & capturing business requirements, streamlining complex business / IT processes, and help manage / deploy ServiceNow capabilities / features in an agile manner.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience developing in JavaScript.
  • Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies, architectures, standards & processes, and a good understanding of infrastructure engineering processes
  • Experience in Servicenow for custom Application Design & Development.
  • Handson experience in technical delivery including required documentation of costeffective Servicenow solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
  • Handson design, development and deployment experience with the Servicenow platform.
  • Handson migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
  • Profound knowledge at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
  • Knowledge of ITIL V4 methodologies and processes implementation.
  • Quick learner that can adapt to fast paced, everchanging environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Technical Expertise :

- Experience in Employee Centre, Employee Journey management, HR onboarding, HR case management, HR agent workspace, Performance Analytics for HRSD, HR Catalog item implementation and HR Knowledge management.

  • Experience in providing technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development bestpractices are used to develop and fulfill requirements.
  • Knowledge in creating /maintaining API & data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
  • Experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNow
  • Solid handson knowledge of ServiceNow platform which includes configuring Business Rules, Client Script, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Action, UI Pages, Script Include, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environment.
  • Experience in HR Integrations such as Profit Centre from SAP, Scripted APIs , email , Workday , Success Factors or any Web based integration (SOAP,REST)
  • Experience with ITSM and CMDB module implementation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between HRSD and other ServiceNow modules
Certification :

  • Candidates are required to have SN CSA certified.
  • SN Certified Developer (preferred)
  • Candidates are required to have SN CIS HRSD
