About the Role:

  • We are seeking a motivated and relationshipfocused Relationship Officer to join our growing team.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, longlasting relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with personalized financial Develop and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Conduct indepth financial needs assessments to identify client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Recommend and present a variety of financial products and services tailored to client needs (e. g. , loans, investments, insurance).
  • Open and manage client accounts, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed of market trends and opportunities.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and account information.
  • Crosssell and upsell appropriate financial products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e. g. , wealth management, lending) to deliver a holistic client experience.
  • Stay uptodate on industry regulations and compliance Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 56 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services (e. g. , loans, deposits, investments).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
