Who you are:
(experience & skills)·Have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.·Are Highly experienced in BareMetal & RTOS-based system development.·Strong expertise in a thorough understanding of microcontrollers.·Are Familiarity with Nordic Semiconductor Ecosystem.·Hands-on experience with wireless protocols and the development of custom wireless MAC layers.·Have expertise in system architecture and design for Embedded software systems.·Good to consider working with tools like Oscilloscopes, Logic analyzers, Signal Generators, Multimeters, etc.·Have experience in the setup of environments for isolated feature testing.·Good to consider Working with network protocols.·Have experience in utilizing vendor-specific documentation of chipsets to understand and carry out all implementation-related activities.

What you'll be doing:
(expectations)·Defining Firmware Architecture.·Owning end-to-end firmware development lifecycle.·Technical Assessment of Implementation Roadmap.·Understanding existing implementations and building on it.·Refactoring of code base.·Recommend features/changes to improve product usability.·Establishing development practices for quality and safety control.·Effectively communicate with all stakeholders for reviews and discussions.·Creating success metrics for feature implementations.
