Assistant Team Lead – Finance, MIS & Compliance

Job Description:
Good exposure of maintenance of books of account and internal audit.
Maintaining fixed asset register and Depreciation ScheduleProficient in month/year-end closure of books and assist in internal and external audits.

Good knowledge of Labour Compliance, statutory compliance with respect to direct (TDS, Corporate Tax) and indirect taxation and filing of necessary return with concerned authorities on timely basis along with ROC Compliances,Exposure with SEZ/Non STPI reporting/compliancePreparation/forecast cash flow positions, Treasury Management and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirementsPreparation of financial statements, projections, planning and budgeting, variance analysis, MIS reporting, Profitability analysis and various other analytical reports.

Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
Other activities as and when assigned.

Background/Skills:

CA Inter with 5 years of experience is preferableGood working knowledge in Tally ERP, Quick Books, advanced proficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to communicate effectively – verbal & writtenProfessional, detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilitiesTaking responsibility for, and coordinating with other Team for required work completion.

Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives.
