SUMMARY


As an operator transporting cargo to over >110 airports across Asia, we are at the frontlines of this large, but unsexy space.

This white space motivates us to redefine the way the supply chain operates and be the one-stop end-to-end delivery solutions provider.

With experience in 1st Mile, Last Mile and Customs Clearance operations, we'd like to further expand our services to provide on-demand, hyper local delivery, not limited to parcels, but food and groceries as well.


A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities.

That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Assisting customers regarding their bookings and reservations.
  • Updating the Booking Sheet.
  • Back up the sales team and act on their behalf.
  • Coordinating with customer, accounts and operation.
  • Coordinating with interline partners, counterpart & HUB.
  • Preparing spot sheet & Onward sheet.
  • Maintaining all data records.
  • Maintaining basis reports.

SKILLS
These are minimum skills requirements and a 'must-have' for the role:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills to deal with a large and diverse driver community
  • Is resourceful and a fast thinker able to solve problems onthego and adapt quickly
  • Results and performance driven, preferring data to drive your everyday decisions
  • Possess a handson mentality and an analytical and structured way of working
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fastpaced organization to scale quickly
  • Selfmotivated with a focus to exceed set goals
  • Detail oriented with a knack of spotting the little little things
  • Comfortable adapting to new technologies
  • Multilingual
  • Strong knowledge of driver/fleet management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least an undergraduate degree
  • 12 years working experience, predominantly in an operational capacity
