Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and specific needs before their trip.
Provide expert guidance and suggestions to create tailored travel itineraries.
Collaborate with clients to plan detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and other personalized services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Offer customized solutions and additional services based on client preferences, such as special accommodations, dining reservations, tours, or other unique experiences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, addressing queries, and fostering strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure all travelrelated documents, such as tickets, itineraries, visas, and insurance, are accurately prepared and communicated to clients well in advance of their trip.
Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee that all pretrip arrangements meet company standards and customer expectations.
Collaborate with other teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless handover of information and exceptional service delivery

Salary:
₹2.00 - ₹3.00 per year
