Job Title:
Technical Analyst

Overall Responsibilities:


The Technical Analyst will be responsible for leveraging technical expertise to drive business solutions through data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

They will be expected to work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.

Additionally, the Technical Analyst will be involved in process improvement, workflow optimization, and business process reengineering to enhance operational efficiency.


Software Requirements:
The candidate must be proficient in Very Strong SQL, Data Analysis, and Excel (including macros, formulae, and visualizations).
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance is desirable but not mandatory.

Experience:


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical analysis role, with a strong background in SQL, data analysis, and Excel.


Day-to-Day Activities:
Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to extract valuable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
Participate in process improvement, workflow optimization, and business process reengineering activities.

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills :
Strong communication and analytics skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and presenting data-driven insight
