Roles and Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:
Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees.

Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Managing the reception area, including keeping it tidy and organized.

Providing general information and assistance to visitors and callers and scheduling meeting if required.

Administrative Duties:
Assisting with general office administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Managing office supplies and inventory.

Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Assisting in organizing company events or meetings.

Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and processing invoices.

Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.

Communication:
Acting as a liaison between different departments and external parties.

Communicating messages and information internally and externally.

Multitasking:
Being able to handle various tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls while attending to visitors.

Technology Skills:
Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment.

Customer Service:
Providing excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.

Organization:
Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

Salary:
₹6, ₹10,000.00 per month
