Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with our business teams to implement HR strategies that support our organizational objectives.

This role will involve partnering with various departments to provide HR guidance, support employee relations, drive performance management, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with business teams to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Partner with department leads to identify and address HR needs, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on a range of HRrelated matters, including performance issues, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Lead and/or support HR projects and initiatives, such as HRMS implementation, talent reviews, succession planning, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational change efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices that support the company's values and goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Regular graduation (Bachelor's degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Regular postgraduation (Master's degree) or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 23 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR generalist roles.
  • Experience working on HRMS implementation is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and partner effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to handle complex and sensitive HR issues with tact and discretion.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
