The role in a gist:


As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make adent in the MSME ecosystem.

What you will work on:

  • P&L Responsibility for the business line
  • Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed
  • Develop new corporate tieups Pan India and onboard channel partners to source merchants
  • Maintain relationships with the teams of Channel Partners to build stickiness and get consistent business from them
  • Work closely with the Tech team to develop systems in order to best serve the corporate clients
  • Manage existing programs to ensure seamless financing of partners of associated corporates

  • Ability to take deals to successful closure
  • Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit
  • Strong understanding of processes and ability to have numbers at fingertips

Qualification and Experience:

  • Experience in a corporate setup
  • Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience
  • Have experience in scaling sales through a resourcelean model
  • 8+ years of experience in building and nurturing megaalliances, partners especially with banks, BFSI.
