Role & Responsibility:

  • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, followup calls, or response handling.
  • Address and overcome customer objections by providing relevant information and addressing concerns.
  • Clear and effective communication is crucial to convey product details and build rapport with customers.
  • Tele sales often involves dealing with rejection, so persistence and resilience are key traits.
  • Thorough understanding of the products or services being offered is essential to answer customer questions confidently.
  • Efficiently manage time to handle a high volume of calls and maximize productivity.

Requirements:
