Bangalore Key Responsibilities:
Lead the physical design efforts from RTL to GDSII, ensuring successful project delivery within timelines. Drive block-level and chip-level physical design tasks, including floor planning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, and timing closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RTL designers, verification engineers, and DFT engineers to optimize design performance. Develop and implement methodologies for design verification and sign off. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new tools and techniques to enhance design processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in physical design, with a strong background in all stages of the design flow. Proficiency in using industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Innovus, Synopsys ICC2, and Mentor Graphics Calibre. Solid understanding of design rules, process technology, and manufacturing considerations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex design issues.
