Solution Design phase

  • Story mapping with userjourney with UI/X designers
  • Establishing acceptance criteria with the team
  • Prioritizing backlog items with product owner
Development phase

  • Ensure requirements are well understood, documented and translated to the development team
  • Tracking the development process
  • Support and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Maintenance phase

  • Gathering and processing feedback from customer and users
  • Formulating the next backlog

Nice to have

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence
