Primary responsibilities:
Partner with Business leaders on skill and capability development strategiesCollaborate with internal teams/SME's and external partners to design customized learning solutions and align budgetsOversee program delivery to achieve planned learning outcomes, expected quality, and learning experienceLead flagship programs and initiatives, especially in technology capability developmentRepresent learning capability and metrics in various internal/external requirements

Required Skills:
Experience in being a trusted business partner for learning, as part of L&D or HRBP roles.

Experience with people practices, including Learning offerings, platforms, tools, and overall ecosystemStrong people and data orientation, possess initiative and resilience, excellent team playerStrong program management skills.
