You have strong experience with Agile principles and can drive our engineering and process improvement efforts utilizing Agile/Lean Processes. You are experienced in facilitating and breaking down problems in cases where the requirements gathering becomes complex. You have experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive plans for customer feedback (Alpha, Beta, etc). You have developed prioritized product backlog by writing user stories and defining priorities for the development team. You validate value and outcomes for your customers. You work with your team to understand the mission and believe that deep team ownership results in better success. You appreciate the feedback from your team members and factor that into the backlog to get the best outcomes for our customers. You have a strong background in security software and are able to bring that experience to bear on the solutions you create. You are able to make objective tradeoffs and decisions. You are able to work with engineers to bring concepts and experiments to production.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst or Product Manager designing or developing software Experience working in an Agile/Lean software environment Experience in leading process improvement efforts Demonstrates initiative and competence; supports and encourages positive working behaviors in others Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of secure development practices Knowledge of both Virtual and On Premise Hardware Deployment BS or Advanced degree (preferred) in Computer Science OR equivalent experience in the computer security field Minimum 8 years experience in computer security, threat intelligence, malware analysis, vulnerability assessment or equivalent field Why Cisco At Cisco, each person brings their rare talents to work as a team and make a difference.

employees have
access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings.

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components.

For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%.

Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
