As a PR & Communications Executive at Christian Louboutin, your role is to support the Brand Manager in delivering positive results to build long-term brand growth and supporting retail sales. You are required to deliver outstanding results under the broad topic of CRM, retail and press events and overall brand image to clients and press. It is essential that applicants to this position have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of attending to even the smallest of details.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

PR, Press & Events


• To take responsibility for the press clippings and ensure inclusion in the weekly and monthly reports


• To handle daily press requests including photo-shoots, media enquiries, product loans, brand information and interviews


• Press Stock management in collaboration with Brand Manager by coordinating extensive sample trafficking using Launchmetrics for editorial, influencers and celebrities


• To gain an understanding of India print and online Press, to nurture and build on existing press relationships


• Assist the Brand Manager in the development and execution of events and other local marketing initiatives


• Ensure smooth running of all events which includes (but not limited to) sourcing and working with vendors, compiling of guest lists, sending of event invitations and follow up requests with the media


• Post events follow up: gathering of information for reporting including press and customer feedback, guest attendance, media requests and press coverage gained


• Gather intelligence on competitor's activities, global trends and upcoming talents


• To supervise and ensure media list are updated, and delivery of timely clippings reports for relevant department


• Assist with developing & implementing seasonal strategies and contributing to ideas for news/trend stories


• Share industry news & movements/contacts/ideas/articles of interest amongst the team


• Keep abreast of social media platforms for both the brand and competitors


• Participate in meetings with retail team and distributor on a regular basis & report updates to Brand Manager

Communications & CRM


• Devise and execute a CRM plan for all regional boutiques ensuring that we reward, recognize & follow up with customers during their retail journey


• Work on a system of Customer Profiling covering all tiers and behavioral identification with action plans for each segment


• Boutique data collection management ensuring cleanup of existing data and accurate data capture moving forward


• Manage the Retail Marketing calendar ensuring a healthy ROI on each activity alongside the Communications Calendar aligning key messaging and collection launches


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional media in long lead, short lead and online to secure placement in key publications/websites


• Media monitoring and weekly reporting of attained coverage


• To act as a brand ambassador and become immersed in the brand culture


• The ability to communicate in line with company style/strategy and to raise issues promptly and to report efficiently

Skills and Requirements:


• Outstanding communication skills with a keen eye for detail


• Strong organizational skills


• Ability to work autonomously and under the direction of Management


• Team player


• Excellent PC Skills with the knowledge of all types of media including social media


• Self-motivated, reliable, proactive and positive


• Ideally has previous proven PR experience in the Middle East for a brand


• Ideally has a minimum of 3 years PR & Marketing experience


• French and Arabic language an advantage. Must have excellent written and spoken English
