Family Description


Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education.

Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

Subfamily Description
NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.

Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.

Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.


  • Develop and plan required analytic projects in response to business needs.
  • In conjunction with data owners and department managers, contribute to the development of data models and protocols for mining production databases.
  • Manage and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.
  • Functional Experience envelopes the key areas such as Applied AI in Data Analytics, Machine Learning.
  • Analytic Problem-Solving: Approaching highlevel challenges with a clear eye on what is important; employing the right approach/methods to make the maximum use of time and human resources.
  • Effective Communication: Detailing your techniques and discoveries to technical and nontechnical audiences in a language they can understand.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Exploring new territories and finding creative and unusual ways to solve problems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding the way Telecom functions and how data are collected, analysed and utilized.
  • Efficient in power point, excel & presentation skills
  • Evaluate the models that are running in the POC's.
  • Collaborate and work closely with cross functional teams to identify gaps and structure problems.
  • Create Meaningful presentations and analyses that will give out focused insights.
  • Propose technical solutions for the Use cases : Output
  • Mathematical Models, System Accuracy and flow diagram of the machine learning process.
  • Evaluate the data in the system to come with probable problem statements and convert them in to usecases.
  • Bring Other industry Models and see the applicability In telecom services domain

Knowledge & Experience
Typically 3-4 yrs experience in Data Science

  • Must have deep understanding of Python,r languages
  • Must have experience on Python using pyspark/ scala environment
  • Must have experience with big data and machine learning libraries Knowledge Management
  • Must thrive in highpressure environments
  • Must be ready to work in global time zone/calendar days
  • Collaboration Skills
