Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Head of BPO Solutioning to lead our Business ProcessOutsourcing (BPO) initiatives within the Banking and FinancialServices (BFS) practice. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor developing and implementing innovative BPO solutions tailoredto the unique needs and challenges of BFS clients. This rolerequires a strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge in BFSoperations strong leadership skills and a proven track record ofdelivering successful BPO solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead the BPOsolutioning strategy for the BFS practice working closely withsenior leadership to align with business objectives and clientneeds.
  • Drive the development of innovative BPOsolutions that address key challenges and opportunities within BFSoperations including areas such as customer service backofficeoperations risk management and compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams toidentify and pursue new BPO opportunities within the BFS sectorleveraging industry insights and market trends to inform solutiondevelopment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert onBFS operations and BPO best practices providing thought leadershipand guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams in the design development andimplementation of BPO solutions ensuring alignment with clientrequirements project timelines and budgetaryconstraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement andinnovation in BPO delivery processes leveraging technology andautomation to enhance efficiency scalability and quality of servicedelivery.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders including clients partners andinternal teams to drive collaboration and ensure successful projectoutcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship toa team of solution architects consultants and delivery managersfostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuouslearning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degreein Business Administration Finance or related field; MBA oradvanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 yearsof experience in BPO solutioning consulting or related roles withinthe BFS sector.
  • Deep domain knowledge of BFSoperations processes and regulatory requirements with a focus onareas such as retail banking wealth management insurance or capitalmarkets.
  • Proven track record of developing anddelivering successful BPO solutions for BFS clients with a strongunderstanding of industry trends challenges andopportunities.
  • Strong leadership andcommunication skills with the ability to effectively engage andinfluence stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
  • Demonstrated ability to leadcrossfunctional teams in a fastpaced clientfocused environmentdriving collaboration innovation and results.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills able toidentify and prioritize opportunities and develop actionable plansto achieve business objectives.
  • Experiencewith process optimization technology implementation and changemanagement within the context of BPO delivery.
  • Commitment to excellence integrity and professionalismwith a passion for driving value and exceeding clientexpectations.
