Slot Assistant Role


Slot Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to slot machine players while ensuring that all gaming regulations are followed.

Duties include replenishing machines with coins, tokens, and vouchers; explaining game rules; monitoring slot machines to ensure that they are working correctly; and answering customer inquiries.


Slot Attendant Duties

  • Greet customers and answer any queries they may have
  • Assist customers with slot machine operations
  • Exchange cash for tokens and tokens for cash
  • Ensure that slot machines are operating correctly
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Conduct regular checks of machines to ensure they are in working order

Slot Assistant Requirements

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills

Slot Assistant Skills

  • Excellent customer service
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision

Salary:
From ₹13,500.00 per month
