Stakeholder Management: You will interact with various stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Documentation and Training: It is important to maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow implementation, including system designs, configurations, and integration details. Additionally, you may be responsible for creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users and administrators.

Technical Skills:

ServiceNow core certification is mandatory for applying to this position. Hands-on experience of development and delivery for E2E implementation of various modules in ServiceNow. Experience in B2B Integration. Experience on ServiceNow App Engine Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture Implemented B2B Integrations with Customers / Partners using REST/SOAP and JSON/XML Javascript, Angular knowledge DevOps supporting tools experience for ServiceNow deployments. ITIL certification is preferred Demonstrated testing and test planning skills Experience in incident response and demonstrated broad problem-solving skills, including error examination, analysis and technical recommendations on the ServiceNow platform or related systems.

BTech, MCA Architect / Technical Lead with 8+ years overall IT experience Minimum of 7 years' experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
