TITLE Accountant Reporting To Director
Location hyderabad
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY DUTIES
o Monitoring day to day transactions of the Company.
o Preparation and timely submission of MIS reports to the top Management of the company.

o Preparation, verification and filing of statutory returns like VAT, Service Tax, PF and ESI, Excise, Income tax, and all other tax related returns and statements.

o Account Receivable, Account Payable, Cash and Bank Management.
o Ledger scrutiny of Ledgers, Bank, Branch and cash.
o Verification of Stock Registers and submission of stock reports to concern Banks.

o Preparation of Monthly Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, respective schedules and Notes to Account as per Accounting Standards, Guidance Notes and Revised Schedule-VI.

o Filing of Company Income Tax returns and individual Income Tax and E-TDS returns and issue of TDS certificate as per Income Tax Act-1961.

o Assistance in preparation of CMA data and Cash Flow Statements for securing Bank Loans.
o Liaison with Bankers and all statutory departments' officials.
o Preparation of Consolidated Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account as per AS-21, 23 and 27.
o Preparation of data for Income Tax Assessments and appeals and attending before Income Tax Authorities.
o Conduct weekly meeting with subordinates and discuss about work status.
o Procurement of funds and its effective utilization and preparation of monthly Budgets.

o Knowledge in preparation and presentation of Financial Statements of the public company and private company as per Indian Accounting Standards and as per Companies Act 1956.

o Experience in Auditing and conduct Examination in Depth to find out the loopholes in the financial statements of the company.

o Experience in preparation of Income statements, variance analysis, budget reports, Profit and Loss Account and Projected cash flow statements.

o Knowledge in preparation of Ratios like EPS, Debt equity, Interest Coverage.
o Preparation of Financial Planning reports like project Profit and loss Account and Projected Balance Sheet.

Skills (all essential):
o Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
o Strong understanding of accounting theory
o 10+ years accounting/finance experience;
o Highly detail oriented and organized in work
o Ability to meet assigned deadlines
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
o Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
o Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications

o Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
