Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the root cause of problems and form a solution or workaround across a range of environments on Sumo Agents Provide documentation content and participate in online forum support for real-time questions from Sumo Logic users.

Reproduce customer issues and if necessary, file bug reports, escalate cases to engineering and provide necessary documentation Should have required Knowledge on Sumo Scripting, Unix Scripting, & Phyton Programming Knowledge on Kubernetes, AWS and EC2 is a must Develop the strategy, tools, libraries, and workflow for evolving our internal Kubernetes Solution to maximize benefits for Sumo-s developers and product teams.
