Role Description:

  • Responsible for a 6man team of powder coating operatives
  • Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time
  • Ensure products meet quality standards
  • Purchasing & Stock Control
  • Manage production schedules of both shifts
  • Resolve any customer issues
  • Compliance with Health & Safety Standards
  • Work to set production targets and have responsibility of updating production records daily

Skills & Attributes:

  • Demonstrable Experience in powder coating/paint shop/manufacturing
  • Management/Supervisor qualification or experience
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and priorities workload effectively
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
₹9, ₹39,288.83 per month
