SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The Data Analyst leads and supports EDM projects, focusing on Data Quality Improvement. Collaborates with Global/Region Master Data team to ensure successful project outcomes and goal achievement in data quality improvement domains. Acts as a technofunctional expert in master data management encompassing Customer, Supplier, Material, and Finance realms. Collaborates with Bunge stakeholders globally to define and achieve outcomes in the master data domains.

Expected to work closely with:

- Business Subject Matter Experts for requirement understanding

- Business Data Owners for domain alignment

- IT team for functional expertise

- Delivery Partner teams for high-quality delivery

- Other Bunge IT teams for integrated technology solutions

KEY FUNCTIONS:

1. Support end-to-end business requirements (Solutioning)

2. Engage with business for requirement gathering and prioritizing

3. Define project scope and deliverables

4. Assist in business UAT and implementation of data solutions

5. Build relationships with service providers for effective project delivery

6. Maintain deep understanding of master data processes

7. Contribute to strategic direction on governing master data

8. Analyze business processes and identify innovative solutions

9. Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives

10. Stay updated on industry trends related to master data

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (Must have):

1. Experience in data migration, enrichment, and management solutions

2. Knowledge of SAP MDG, MDM, SAP ECC/Hana

3. Domain expertise in SAP ERP Customer, Vendor, and FI

4. Familiarity with Data Dictionaries and Metadata management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

Education required/preferred:

Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of professional data management experience

- Minimum 4 years of supporting data migration and integration in SAP MDG/S4 Hana

- Strong understanding of Data Life Cycle Management and data processes

- Experience with S4 Hana data structures and interface

- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team
