Joining Time:

Roles:

  • Opportunities available for Analysts, Associates, and Team Leaders with relevant experience

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Card Disputes, Chargebacks, and Credit Fraud required

Responsibilities:

  • Research and build dispute cases to recover funds for merchants
  • Validate data from internal and third-party systems
  • Ensure accurate responses to disputes and monitor for fraudulent activity
  • Resolve product and service problems for clients
  • Be aware of ACH and other transaction types

Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Strong computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and experience in disputes/payment industry required
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze information and make critical decisions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory with all documentation
  • Work from the office and flexible to work US rotational shifts
  • Experience in chargebacks and card disputes required

Note:

  • Candidates from Customer Care, Phone Banking, KYC, Branch Banking, and Google Wallets are not suitable for this role
