  • Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with quotes and address any concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage financial documents including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile transactions.
  • Collect pricing and service information from potential outsourcing partners.
  • Evaluate outsourcing options based on quality, costeffectiveness, and reliability.
  • Facilitate communication between outsourcing partners and internal teams.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of equipment delivery, installation, and service calls.
  • Liaise with transportation providers to schedule shipments and optimize delivery routes.
