• Overseethe rendering process during the night shift checking renderingsequences to ensure accuracy andquality.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues promptlydiagnosing and resolving technical challenges to maintain projecttimelines.
• Coordinate with team members toaddress any discrepancies or errors in renderedscenes.
• Manage the resubmission of scenes asneeded implementing necessary adjustments to meet projectrequirements.
• Develop highquality 3D models ofarchitectural designs and environments using Autodesk 3D StudioMax.
• Apply advanced texturing techniques toenhance the realism and detail ofmodels.
• Utilize lighting expertise toilluminate characters and environments across various times of theday both interior and exterior capturing the desired atmosphere andmood.
• Employ Vray lighting and renderingsettings to achieve optimal visualresults.
• Collaborate closely with architectsand designers to understand project requirements and deliverrenders that meet or exceedexpectations.

• Proficiencyin Autodesk 3D Studio Max and Vray renderingsoftware.
• Strong understanding of renderingmanagement principles including checking troubleshooting andresubmission processes.
• Experience inarchitectural visualization with a portfolio demonstrating a highlevel of realism and attention todetail.
• Proven ability to troubleshootrendering issues efficiently and maintain projecttimelines.
• Excellent problemsolving skillsparticularly in addressing renderingrelatedchallenges.
• Ability to work efficiently duringthe night shift and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Strong communication andcollaboration abilities with the capacity to work closely withcrossfunctional teams.
• Comfortable working fromhome with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipmentfor remote work.
