  • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to showcase the value of MSSP solutions.
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers during the sales process, addressing technical queries and providing insights.
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work with product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create technical content for collateral and presentations.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on MSSP offerings and technical details.
  • Support post-sales activities to ensure smooth transition and implementation of solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role of 5-7 years of experience within the cybersecurity or MSSP industry.
  • Strong background in designing and deploying security solutions, particularly in managed security services.
  • Proficiency with cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint ssecurity, and vulnerability management.
  • Understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Bay Area to meet with clients as needed.
  • Experience with cloud security and familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools in the context of security operations.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
