Responsibilities

Build AIOps powered developer experiences that fundamentally change the way developers use Observability platforms. Collaborate with other engineers and architects in defining necessary data standards, taxonomy and guardrails for data governance. Ensuring Engineering and Operational excellence of the Observability platform Works with PM on identifying and measuring business goals in product usage Works with PM in backlog grooming and prioritization of stories and with architects on the design, architecture and technology choices Compare, contrast and prioritize alternative approaches to meet business objectives Build world class teams, motivate and retain engineering talent.
