  • Experience in Projects and / or M&A.
  • At an associate level, exposure to project development, bid advisory and procurement, due diligences, project contracts – PPA, EPC, OM, Concession Agreement etc
  • At a PA level, projects and M&A documentation and negotiation support

About the practice:


Our EIR Team works with stakeholders across the lifecycle and value chain of a variety of asset classes in diverse sectors including airports, ports, railways, roads, power (renewable and conventional), nuclear power, urban infrastructure, oil & gas, mines and minerals and logistics.

With wide experience spanning acquisitions, divestments, private equity investments, project finance, structured finance and securitisation as well as project documentation including concession agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, offtake agreements, we offer integrated service on all kinds of complex and innovative deals.

Having acted for project sponsors, developers, Central and State governments, private equity investors, contractors, equipment suppliers and lenders on all aspects of projects across a wide base of infrastructure sectors, our lawyers appreciate the nuances of infrastructure projects and are fully responsive to client needs.
