Designation - AVP, Group Product Manager

Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic roadmap for the Investments vertical, emphasizing growth on the Website and Mobile App
  • Generate impactful features and product ideas by working closely with internal teams like Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development
  • Oversee the product life cycle of the investment vertical, covering Strategy, Requirements, Research, Prototyping, User Experience, and Stakeholder Satisfaction
  • Deploy launch strategies, set goals and metrics for product success
  • Discover new potential channels aligned with business objectives
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Create effective campaigns and tactics to attract more customers
  • Track and analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Required Skills:


  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in Growth and Mobile Apps
  • B-Tech + MBA from a Tier 1 Institute (Preferred)
  • Solid expertise in building and scaling digital platforms, with a passion for solving customer issues
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development
  • Effective team management skills with at least 1 year of experience
  • Clear communication abilities and adept at translating requirements into user stories
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks while liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Jira, Adobe XD, Google Docs, Freshdesk/Zoho software
