Manager - HRBPWhat you'll do on the job:Engage with leaders and employees on a regular basis to understand the capabilities of the team.

Create a positive employee experience from Onboarding through exitFacilitate performance discussions and promote a continuous feedback culture.
Manage the Performance management process including goal setting, confirmation, Performance improvement program(PIP), Quarterly and Annual reviews.
Lead the annual increment, promotions, and manpower budget exercise.

Initiate and execute Employee Engagement initiatives in the respective departments and across the organizationPlan and Organize training & development programs based on the team needsDevelop and implement new HR policies and update existing policies and processes to ensure compliance.

Analyze data with HR metrics and provide periodic reports to the Management team.

Demonstrate knowledge of various HR tools and drive the automation of HR processesVendor management experience with good negotiation skillsWho'll be a good fit:
Good experience from product companies, with a proven track record into People Management.

Experience working with people empowerment role in an IT Product environment is a MUST.Demonstrable experience crafting and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for creativity.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and federal laws and HR standard methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communication skills.
Degree and Diploma in relevant field.
Experience in working for SaaS software company is a big plus.
Good communication skills and the ability to present your work to peers across disciplines.
