ROLES
&
RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with leadership team of Zenoti to help them make data driven decisions through insights derived from thorough analysis of various key metricsPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholdersDevelop and maintain new reporting system capabilities – which includes creation of dashboards that can help management take quick decisions during business review meetingsManage extraction, data cleansing, analysis and ongoing validation of large volumes of historical customer dataCollaborate with others to provide operational analysis and make performance recommendations that leads to improvements in the order to collection processReport and communicate business performance of various internal teams of ZenotiSKILLS & EXPERTISEGood understanding of SaaS metricsExcellent data analysis background, with extensive experience using sales CRM and reporting methodologiesGood spreadsheet skills, with proven experience managing large data setsExcellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skillsUnderstanding of complex business and accounting processes; ability to use this knowledge to analyze strategic decisionsExperience using Salesforce, Zuora or similar CRM and/or Revenue management toolsDemonstrated internal customer service and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a focus on delivering resultsGood communication skills at all organizational levelsWillingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand like quarter-close or year-end; may include weekends and holidaysEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree with MBA from a reputed business school5+ years of work experience in business operations, corporate strategy or an analyst function.
