Senior Associate, Information Security Analyst

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and integrating IGA solutions specifically with SailPoint Identity Now (IIQ).
- Experience with various SailPoint connectors like Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, mainframe, and web service.
- Proficiency in role-based access controls, automated provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Experience in managing complex technical deployment projects and stakeholder relationships.
Key qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in incident/problem management.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Capacity to explain technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.
- Capability to influence and drive changes beneficial to the organization.
Other responsibilities include:
- Understanding business needs and delivering high-quality, prompt services.
- Ensuring information resource protection against unauthorized access.
- Creating workflows, rules, and reports based on business requirements.
- Building relationships with IT engineering teams for feature adoption.
- Reviewing and optimizing SailPoint IGA solutions.
- Interpreting policies and standards with InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for the SailPoint platform.
- Promoting security policies and best practices.
- Supporting system incidents, problems, and changes.
- Training and mentoring team members on SailPoint Identity Now.
