PROFILE OVERVIEW

This position entails supervising all human resource functions and leading a team of 50-60 employees. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, nurturing a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.


  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • HR Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
    • Work closely with senior management to predict staffing requirements and devise workforce plans.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Supervise the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires to integrate them effectively into the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Cultivate a positive workplace culture through efficient communication and employee engagement efforts.
    • Address employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
    • Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
  • Performance Management:
    • Establish and execute performance management systems to assess employee performance and efficiency.
    • Provide guidance, feedback, and development plans to enhance employee performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and oversee the appraisal process.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and foster career development.
    • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
    • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Team Management:
    • Guide, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional advancement.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous. Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector. Profound understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Capacity to handle confidential information discreetly.
