Job Description

About the Role: This position involves overseeing EHS compliances and safety protocols within the country.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Lead role in ensuring EHS compliance nationwide
  • Responsible for overseeing EHS training and development
  • Facilitate training programs for managers, employees, and contractors
  • Implement consequences for non-compliance
  • Drive training for senior management

Process Management

  • Provide EHS input for long-term safety culture improvement
  • Advise site management on EHS issues
  • Ensure data accuracy and legal compliance
  • Develop emergency response training plans
  • Implement new EHS initiatives

Performance Management

  • Set and achieve EHS KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with EHS protocols
  • Manage EHS department budget
  • Support EHS improvement projects

Functional Specific Management

  • Conduct field observations and inspections
  • Manage EHS audits
  • Provide expertise during CAPEX projects
  • Support Crisis Management Team if needed
Job Specifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Safety or related field
  • Experience: 5-8 years with managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of EHS industrial compliance
