Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
A Security engineer who is able to clearly articulate the migration plan, helping clients to understand the pros and cons of migration. Ability to Explain specific security product features and enabling a smooth migration. Prior security products migration experience would be a definite advantage.
As an experienced person you would be expected to and not limited to perform Security products migration from CA Broadcom to IBM RACF / Vanguard and other products

Mandatory Experience 10+ relevant years mainframe technical experience as a Security Engineer utilizing Top Secret & RACF. 3+ years working in Services or projects, preferably Customer facing in a professional consultative capacity. Systems programming skills and experience recognizing security exposures and configuration issues. A self-starter, willing to work without a net with a proven ability to meet assigned timelines with high quality, complete deliverables in unsupervised, often remote, situations. A willingness to mentor and share ideas and knowledge with other colleagues promoting best practices. Demonstrable experience in deployment lifecycle across multiple environments (Test, Dev, QA, and Production). Demonstrated success in building key relationships in the past with Sales, Technical Support, Application Teams, and Product Engineering.
Desirable Experience Prior Experience in Migration projects from top secret to RACF. z/OS Operating System and Program Product installs, SYSPLEX, system configurations, upgrades, user mods/exits, in large complex environments. Strong experience with SMP/E, testing and deployment strategies, problem determination and resolution. Experience with mainframe security products around Top secret and RACF.
