As a Senior Data Engineer at Accelya Group, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and accessibility. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Snowflake, Python, and AWS cloud technologies.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of data pipelines and data warehousing solutions using Snowflake, Python, and AWS cloud services.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and data quality.
  • Leverage AWS services such as S3 and Glue to support data storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and data governance standards are met.
  • Stay current with emerging data technologies and make recommendations for architectural improvements.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on Snowflake, Python, and AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Datawarehouse Design Methodologies (3NF, Kimball, Data Vault).
  • Ability to create and manage Pipelines with Snowpark using Python.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
  • Handson experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, Redshift, and Glue.
  • Snowflake certification(s) such as SnowPro Core/Data Engineer Certification is preferred.
